With the Foundation Package, you’ll experience a dynamic coaching relationship through written dialogue. Cem, an experienced cancer researcher and life coach, will respond to your messages with scientific clarity, strategic guidance, and emotional depth—3 to 5 times per week—keeping you aligned, focused, and empowered throughout your week.

How It Works
1. After signing up, you’ll receive a personalized welcome message from Cem, with prompts to help you share where you’re starting and what you want to focus on.
2. Together, you’ll set weekly goals that are meaningful and manageable.
3. Throughout each week, you’ll send emails at your pace—up to one per day—and Cem will respond within 24–48 hours, 3 to 5 times weekly.
