1. Who We Are
Cancerosion is a cancer coaching and research service founded in 2012 by an ICF-certified professional coach with a background in medical biology and cancer research management. We provide evidence-based coaching programs and personalized research services to individuals navigating a cancer diagnosis.
Our founder holds the following professional credentials:
-
ICF-Certified Professional Coach
-
Medical Biologist with specialized training in cancer biology
-
Former Research Manager at a Cancer Center
Our founder is not a licensed physician, oncologist, nurse, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, counselor, dietitian, or any other licensed medical or mental health professional. Cancerosion does not hold itself out as a medical practice, healthcare provider, or clinical service of any kind.
2. Medical and Health Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
2.1 Not Medical Advice
The information provided on this Site, in our coaching sessions, in our research reports (including the Cancerosion Insight Navigator), in our blog posts, newsletters, social media content, educational materials, webinars, speaking engagements, downloadable resources, and any other content or communication from Cancerosion (collectively, the “Content”) is for educational and informational purposes only.
The Content is not intended to be, and shall not be construed as, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing contained in the Content constitutes:
-
A medical diagnosis or assessment of any disease or condition.
-
A recommendation for or against any specific treatment, medication, supplement, procedure, or clinical trial.
-
A prescription or therapeutic protocol of any kind.
-
Psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment.
-
Nutritional therapy, dietetic counseling, or a specific dietary plan.
-
Legal, financial, or insurance advice.
2.2 Consult Your Healthcare Providers
Always seek the advice of your oncologist, primary care physician, or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any questions you may have about a medical condition, treatment options, medications, supplements, or any other aspect of your health. Never disregard, delay, or discontinue professional medical advice or treatment because of something you have read on this Site, heard during a coaching session, or received in a research report from Cancerosion.
Our coaching and research services are designed to complement—not replace—your relationship with your medical team. We strongly encourage all clients to maintain an active, ongoing relationship with their healthcare providers throughout and beyond their engagement with Cancerosion.
2.3 Emergency Situations
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately. If you are in emotional crisis or experiencing suicidal thoughts, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988 or visiting 988lifeline.org.
Cancerosion is not equipped to handle medical emergencies, psychiatric crises, or urgent health situations. Our Services are not a substitute for emergency medical care.
2.4 Reliance at Your Own Risk
Any reliance you place on the Content provided by Cancerosion is strictly at your own risk. You acknowledge that individual health circumstances vary significantly and that the information shared through our Services may not be applicable to your specific medical situation. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Content.
3. Coaching Disclaimer
3.1 Nature of Coaching
Cancerosion provides professional coaching services in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking, and creative process that aims to inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential.
Coaching is not:
-
Therapy, psychotherapy, or psychological counseling.
-
Medical treatment, clinical care, or nursing.
-
A diagnostic service for any physical or mental health condition.
-
A guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or improvement.
The coaching relationship is built on the understanding that you, the client, are the expert on your own life and are fully capable of making your own decisions. Your coach serves as a facilitator, thought partner, and accountability resource—not as an advisor, prescriber, or clinician.
3.2 Scope of Practice
Our coaches operate strictly within the scope of professional coaching as defined by the ICF and NBHWC. If, during the coaching process, it becomes apparent that your needs exceed the scope of coaching—including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, or financial needs—your coach may recommend that you seek appropriate professional support. This is an ethical obligation, not a limitation of our commitment to you.
3.3 Client Responsibility
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results. Coaching requires your active participation, honest communication, and willingness to engage in the process. Cancerosion does not guarantee that participation in our programs will produce any specific outcome. Results depend on many factors that are unique to you and beyond our control, including your medical circumstances, personal effort, decisions, and engagement with your healthcare team.
4. Research Report Disclaimer
4.1 About the Cancerosion Insight Navigator
The Cancerosion Insight Navigator is a personalized research report that curates and synthesizes publicly available, evidence-based information relevant to your specific diagnosis and questions. It is prepared by our team using our expertise in medical biology and cancer research.
4.2 Limitations of the Research Report
The Cancerosion Insight Navigator:
-
Is intended for educational and informational purposes only.
-
Does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, or a treatment recommendation.
-
Does not replace consultation with your oncologist, medical team, or any qualified healthcare provider.
-
May reference published scientific research, clinical trials, treatment modalities, or emerging therapies; however, inclusion of any information does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any specific treatment or product.
-
Reflects the best available evidence at the time of preparation but may not include the most recent developments, as medical research evolves continuously.
-
Should be discussed with your healthcare provider before being used to inform any treatment decisions.
4.3 No Guarantees of Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy and thoroughness, Cancerosion does not warrant or guarantee that the information contained in any research report is complete, current, or free from error. Medical knowledge, clinical guidelines, and treatment landscapes change frequently. You should always verify information with your healthcare team and refer to the most current published research and clinical guidelines.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Cancerosion makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees—express or implied—regarding:
-
Any specific health outcome, recovery, remission, or cure.
-
The effectiveness of any coaching program, framework, or methodology for your individual circumstances.
-
The accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any research report to your personal medical situation.
-
Any emotional, psychological, relational, or lifestyle improvements as a result of using our Services.
Every individual’s cancer journey is unique. Outcomes depend on a wide range of medical, biological, psychological, and personal factors that are beyond the scope and control of Cancerosion. Our programs are designed to support, empower, and inform—not to promise or predict specific results.
6. Testimonials and Endorsements
From time to time, Cancerosion may publish client testimonials, success stories, case studies, or endorsements on our Site, social media platforms, or marketing materials. These reflect the personal experiences and opinions of the individuals who provided them and are published with their consent.
Please be aware that:
-
Testimonials represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Your experience may differ.
-
No testimonial should be interpreted as a claim that Cancerosion can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
-
We do not compensate clients for testimonials unless explicitly disclosed. Where any form of compensation, discount, or incentive has been provided in exchange for a testimonial, we will disclose this in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
-
Results described in testimonials depend on individual effort, circumstances, medical history, and many other factors unique to each person.
7. Third-Party Content and Links
Our Site and Content may contain references to, links to, or information from third-party websites, publications, research articles, products, services, organizations, or healthcare providers. The inclusion of any third-party reference does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or recommendation by Cancerosion.
We are not responsible for:
-
The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content.
-
The privacy practices, terms of service, or security of any third-party website.
-
Any products, services, or treatments offered by third parties.
-
Any damages or losses arising from your reliance on third-party content or your interaction with third-party sites or services.
You access third-party links and content at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site before providing personal information or making decisions based on their content.
8. Affiliate Disclaimer
Cancerosion may participate in affiliate marketing programs and may include affiliate links on our Site or within our Content. This means we may earn a small commission if you purchase a product or service through an affiliate link, at no additional cost to you.
In accordance with FTC disclosure requirements:

-
Affiliate compensation does not influence our editorial content, coaching recommendations, or research reports.
-
Our recommendations should not be interpreted as medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before purchasing or using any health-related product or supplement.
9. Email and Communications Disclaimer

10. Professional Boundaries Disclaimer
Use of the Cancerosion website, reading our blog or educational content, subscribing to our newsletter, following us on social media, or attending a webinar or speaking engagement does not establish a coaching relationship between you and Cancerosion.
A coaching relationship exists only when:
-
You have formally enrolled in one of our coaching programs or purchased a service.

-
Both you and your coach have mutually agreed to the terms of the engagement.
